METHODS OF PAYMENT:

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our business and the fact that some orders may be processed entirely to the customers specifications, the return of any products is at the discretion of The Wedding Shop and no correspondence will be entered into once a decision has been made. No returns will even be considered after 7 days of receipt. Strictly no refunds. Please contact us immediately should you be unhappy with your purchase. We reserve the right to enforce a handling fee should a return be granted. The handling fee will be based on the purchase price, but, will not exceed 20%.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is included in all orders at R 50.00 per order, countrywide. This is subject to the intended parcel weighing no more than 4 kg’s. A consultant will contact you should the parcel weigh more than 4kg’s to discuss excess postage costs. Delivery on your parcel depends on availability of the item requested. We guarantee to process your order within 48 hours. Delivery of your order will be 21 working days. Glass Items (honeypots, glasses, coasters, etc) will HAVE to be posted with our couriers to avoid breakages. We will contact you to charge the extra postage amount once the order is ready to dispatch. Should you not wish to pay the additional courier charges, we will take no responsibility for any breakages to glass items. We do NOT add any extra on to postage charges and you will pay what we pay.

PRIVACY POLICY:
All information obtained from our customers will be treated as private and confidential and will not be provided to any third party. We may, however, from time to time, use your details to provide information on specials, promotions, etc relating solely to our website.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:
Display of a product does not necessarily guarantee availability. We will endeavor to keep our website updated on stock changes, however, no stock of an item may delay your delivery. We will keep you fully informed of any such problems.

The Wedding Shop chooses its domicilum citandi et executandi, for all purposes to be 115 Thomas Bowler Avenue, Edgemead, Cape Town.
